Daphne is an Executive and specialized in Risk Management as well as Cost & Schedule Management. In addition to her experience in executive leadership functions in General and Project & Business Management, Daphne also has been responsible for Engineering Management and Construction Management on various projects. With over 25 years of industry experience, Daphne is a seasoned professional that has demonstrated to be able to manage projects to successful delivery. 

With over 26 years of experience in in both the technical and business facets of the global EPC industry in executive leadership functions, Sander has extensive experience in the development of LNG, and other liquefied gas and hydrocarbon terminals. Sander has published and presented many technical articles including for int. organizations like the IGU and GIIGNL. As Head Project Development, Sander has led large engagements mitigating potential risks so as to ensure project profitability. Sander has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and achieving quality standards.

With a well-established track record of over three decades in energy, chemicals and petrochemical sectors, Juraj has successfully supported many clients implementing their strategic investment programs. His expertise covers all stages of successfully defining, planning and implementing large investment project, including selection and contracting of Technology Licensors, FEED and EPC Contractors. As the Managing Partner of  J.P.M. International  Juraj has partnered with Acrux Consultancy to create synergy and ensure a greater reach and suite of services to our clients.

His exceptional skill set and more than 25 years experience in multi disciplinary planning on projects has helped many companies achieve success on their mega projects and proposals. Bijan's expertise is Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC (incl. fabrication) on mega project in the petroleum industry in Europe, Asia, Middle-East and South America.  

With over 20 years of experience as a Project, Cost, Controller, as well as a Construction Planner, Andre has built a strong track record in the oil, gas, and offshore/maritime sectors. His expertise spans both international markets—including Mexico, Cyprus, Oman, and Costa Rica—and globally recognized organizations such as Shell, BP, Eneco Group, Nobian and Vopak.

Andre excels as the key link between various stakeholders, whether within a company or in collaboration with clients. His passion lies in organizing, coordinating, and managing technical and operational processes while maintaining strong personal connections with all involved parties.

With 35 years of experience, Gary has extensive expertise in industrial automation, construction management, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and systems/facility turnover. His international assignments on mega projects have taken him to South Africa, Zambia, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Australia, covering diverse industries like oil and gas, energy, petrochemicals, mining, aluminum, food & beverage, and infrastructure.

 Over the past 15 years, Gary excelled in construction management and commissioning, and is recognized as Subject Matter Expert in pre-commissioning by his peers.

Bernd has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, achieving stakeholder business targets. His knowledge and experience combined with business acumen and creativity, enables him to make significant positive impact on projects and Organization. With a solid background in Finance, Supply Chain, Business & Project Management, and 20 years industry experience, Payam has a proven track record in enabling and guiding companies achieve success. Next to his experience of aligning stakeholders and collaborating with C-suite executives, Payam is an expert negotiator of mega contracts and leading efforts during claims, change management, mediations and international arbitrations.
