Assessment of ongoing projects
Acrux Consultancy supports clients with their ongoing project through the determination and understanding of the current status, analysis of the pathway to completion, identification of area’s of concern and possible barriers hereto.
Upon completion of this assessment Acrux Consultancy will provide recommendations for implementing of possible improvements and support client's execution to successful completion.

Business Consultation
Through understanding your business drivers, Acrux Consultancy will support you and your projects with strategic planning and identifying the requirements for completion including the risk assessment. Recommendation for the outline of a successful overall project implementation strategy addressing the advantages and drawbacks of different contracting strategy: LSTK, OBEC, G-max, EPCM Cost Reimbursable (with or without fee at risk) and integrated partnerships.

Execution Strategy DevelopmentÂ
By supporting your development of requirements for governance, executive oversight, and project management we enable you to manage quality, cost and schedule of your projects. Together we will define the control mechanisms, quality assurance requirements for your specific execution plans, including the requirements for PMO, technology selection, development to FID, engineering, supply chain, fabrication (including modularization), construction execution, (pre-) commissioning and startup to COD.

Execution Implementation
Once success is defined, risks and mitigations identified, strategies developed and execution plans made, it is all about execution. We can actively advise and support the implementation phase, provide executive oversight, engineering & project management, cost & schedule control, as well as Commercial and Business Management, including governance.

Project Management Support
At Acrux Consultancy we have extensive experience in supporting organizations and projects managing stakeholders relations. Furthermore, our team can supplement the client's (PMC) team providing hands-on management of EPC Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors. This can include set up and advice on Change Orders Management (incl. dispute settlements) as well as Claim & Backcharges Management.
